Staying connected securely across all university spaces.
High-speed wireless data is available throughout our auditoriums, computer labs, library wings, and recreational halls.
Connection Sequence:
Open WiFi networks on your device, choose Eduroam, and authenticate using your primary university email address (e.g. 23011234@qmu.ac.uk) alongside your regular password string.
Check the EAP method is ''PEAP' and adjust if not.
Change the Phase 2 authentication drop down to ‘MSCHAPV2’.
Set CA Certificate to ‘Do not validate’. If 'Do not validate' is not available as an option then select 'Use system certificates' or Trust on first use'.'

(briefly connect to “Guest” Network) and download the configuration tool here https://cat.eduroam.org/" and follow the steps.The “Guest” network offers limited services and speed which will limit wireless experience and is not recommend for students.
