Reporting Sexual Harassment or Violence

The following form is for a student or a member of staff to report an incident of sexual harassment or violence to the university. You can choose to report anonymously or with contact details.

Report Type:

Sexual harassment is unwanted and unwelcome words, conduct, or behaviour of a sexual nature that has the purpose of intimidating, embarrassing, being hostile, degrading or humiliating the recipient.

Sexual violence is any unwanted sexual act or activity. Many different kinds of sexual violence including but not limited to rape, sexual assault, child sexual abuse and sexual harassment. Sexual violence can be psychological and/or physical.

Relationship Abuse can be any incident or pattern of incidents of controlling, coercive, threatening behaviour, violence or abuse between those aged 16 or over who are, or have been, intimate partners or family members. This can include ‘honour’-based violence and forced marriage.

Stalking is unwanted, repeated, obsessive and/or controlling behaviours that make someone distressed or scared. There are many ways stalking can be perpetrated; it is most likely to be someone the recipient already knows well such as an ex-partner.
